1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and jili79.cam ("jili79", "Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), governing your access to and use of the jili79 online gaming platform, including all associated websites, mobile applications, services, and content (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, accessing the jili79 platform, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service and refrain from creating an account.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including without limitation users who are browsers, players, registered members, or contributors of content. The Service is intended solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes for users who meet the eligibility requirements outlined in Section 2.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to create an account, access the Service, or participate in any gaming activities on jili79. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. jili79 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of account balance.

2.2 Jurisdiction & Legal Compliance

The Service is intended exclusively for users physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of access and gameplay. You represent and warrant that:

• You are physically located in the Philippines when accessing the Service and placing wagers;
• Online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction of residence;
• Your use of the Service does not violate any applicable local, provincial, or national laws;
• You are not prohibited from gambling under any applicable laws or regulations;
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party when using the Service.

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction. jili79 makes no representation that the Service is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration process. You agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, current, and complete registration information;
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete;
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials;
• Accept all responsibility for all activities that occur under your account;
• Immediately notify jili79 of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Each individual may maintain only one (1) account with jili79. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling, jili79 requires all users to complete identity verification procedures ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC"). You may be required to provide:

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID);
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement or screenshot showing your name and account details);
• Additional documentation as may be reasonably requested by jili79.

jili79 reserves the right to request verification documents at any time, including but not limited to at the time of registration, before processing withdrawals, or when suspicious activity is detected. Failure to provide requested documentation within fourteen (14) days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. jili79 personnel will never ask for your password. If you receive any communication requesting your password, do not respond and immediately contact our customer support team.

You agree to immediately notify jili79 of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. jili79 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

3.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms;
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or fraudulent activity;
• Using automated software, bots, or any artificial intelligence to play games or place bets;
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Service for financial gain;
• Engaging in bonus abuse or违规promotion exploitation;
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other methods to disguise your location;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities or money laundering;
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening other users or jili79 staff;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from the Service;
• Interfering with the proper operation of the Service or networks connected to the Service;
• Using the Service to conduct or promote any commercial activity without our express written consent.

Violation of any prohibited use may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of account balance, and potential legal action.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jili79 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine users: GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other designated Philippine banks, as well as selected cryptocurrencies. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically processed instantly or within minutes, depending on the payment method selected. jili79 does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may impose its own fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. jili79 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or return any deposit that does not comply with these Terms.

4.3 Currency

All financial transactions on jili79 are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). If you deposit funds in another currency, your payment provider will convert the amount to PHP, and you will be subject to their exchange rates and conversion fees.

5. Withdrawals & Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Requests

You may request withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to completion of identity verification procedures and compliance with all bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

jili79 strives to process withdrawals as quickly as possible. Most withdrawal requests are completed within 8-15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within 24 hours for bank transfers. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or if additional verification is required.

5.3 Withdrawal Limits & Fees

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and vary based on your payment method and account status. VIP members may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits. jili79 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard processing, though expedited processing options may incur additional fees. Your payment provider may impose its own fees for receiving funds.

5.4 Verification Requirements

Before processing your first withdrawal, jili79 requires completion of identity verification (KYC) procedures as outlined in Section 2.4. Additional verification may be requested for large withdrawals or when suspicious activity is detected. Failure to provide requested documentation may delay or prevent withdrawal processing.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

As part of our commitment to preventing money laundering, jili79 requires that deposited funds be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal is permitted. Deposits that are immediately withdrawn or wagered minimally may be subject to administrative fees and additional scrutiny.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

jili79 offers various bonuses, promotions, and rewards to enhance your gaming experience. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. You must read and understand the specific terms applicable to each bonus before accepting it.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the b onus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering contributions vary by game type, with slots typically contributing 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute less or be excluded entirely.

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play remain restricted until all wagering requirements are met. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

jili79 reserves the right to withhold or confiscate bonuses and associated winnings if we determine that bonus abuse has occurred. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, irregular betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements, coordinated play between multiple accounts, or any other activity that violates the spirit of the promotion.

6.4 Right to Modify or Cancel Promotions

jili79 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude individual players from specific promotions at our sole discretion.

7. Gameplay Rules & Conduct

7.1 Fair Play

All games on jili79 use certified random number generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or interfere with game outcomes is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

7.2 Game Rules

Each game available on jili79 has specific rules, paytables, and RTPs (Return to Player percentages). You are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before wagering real money. Game rules are available within each game interface or upon request from customer support.

7.3 Betting Limits

jili79 establishes minimum and maximum betting limits for all games. Limits may vary based on game type, your account status, and applicable bonus terms. Exceeding betting limits while playing with bonus funds may result in bonus forfeiture.

7.4 Malfunction Voids All Pays

In the event of system malfunction, network disconnection, or technical error, all affected game rounds are void, and wagers are refunded. jili79 is not liable for any losses resulting from technical malfunctions beyond refunding the affected wagers.

7.5 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are considered inactive. jili79 reserves the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee of ₱500 or 10% of the remaining balance (whichever is lower) on inactive accounts after providing thirty (30) days written notice to the registered email address.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the jili79 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, audio, video, and game content, is the property of jili79 or its content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Service without prior written consent from jili79.

The jili79 name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of jili79. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

9.1 Suspension by jili79

jili79 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Fraudulent activity or suspected fraud;
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested;
• Multiple account creation;
• Bonus abuse or irregular betting patterns;
• Provision of false or misleading information;
• Abusive behavior toward other users or staff;
• Use of the Service from a prohibited jurisdiction;
• Any activity that jili79 reasonably believes may damage its reputation or operations.

Upon termination for cause, jili79 reserves the right to forfeit your account balance and withhold any pending withdrawals.

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees or adjustments, provided you have met all wagering requirements and there are no pending investigations.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming, jili79 offers self-exclusion options. You may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Service. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be blocked, and you will not be able to access gaming services. For more information, please refer to our Responsible Gaming Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jili79, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Any content obtained from the Service;
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content;
• Technical malfunctions, network interruptions, or system failures;
• Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in content or game outcomes;
• Any losses incurred while gambling on the platform.

In no event shall jili79's total liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action exceed the amount you have paid to jili79 in the six (6) months preceding the claim, or ₱10,000, whichever is less.

jili79 provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, you agree to first contact jili79 customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and amicably through our support channels.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful within thirty (30) days, either party may initiate formal dispute resolution proceedings. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc., or through the appropriate courts in Metro Manila, Philippines.

11.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against jili79.

12. Changes to Terms

jili79 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify you through the Service, via email, or by other reasonable means.

Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service and may close your account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. We recommend checking this page each time you access the Service to ensure you are aware of the current Terms governing your use.
